📋 Description

• Own design execution for features and workflows across Built’s platform from discovery through delivery, including draw management, budget tracking, and compliance surfaces • Lead customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, well-understood designs are implemented with fidelity • Contribute to and maintain the design system • Articulate design decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders • Use data and behavioral insights to validate and iterate on design solutions • Support more junior designers through informal feedback and collaboration • Leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, workflow automation, decision-making, and strategic insights • Share effective AI use cases and best practices with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product or UX design within a SaaS or digital product environment • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools • Ability to handle end-to-end design for product features independently, from research and problem framing through execution and QA • Solid understanding of UX research methods, including generative and evaluative research • Portfolio showing thoughtful problem-framing and well-executed design solutions • Clear and confident communication skills for presenting work, defending decisions, and incorporating feedback • Attention to accessibility and inclusive design best practices is a meaningful plus
