📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of UX/UI design experience, with significant experience in DTC or e-commerce, specifically PDPs, checkout flows, and subscription experiences. This experience is required. • Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma, including components, variants, design tokens, and documentation. • A portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact, including conversion improvements, increased CTR, CVR gains, AOV growth, or similar performance metrics. • Experience working through the full experimentation process, from hypothesis development and variant design to analyzing results and iterating. • Ability to work independently, proactively communicate blockers, and maintain momentum without waiting for perfect processes. • Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions using customer insights and performance data. • Advanced Figma proficiency. • Experience building a design system from scratch at a DTC brand. • Experience working closely with a CRO or experimentation team. • Familiarity with Shopify or headless commerce environments. • Background in direct-response marketing or performance creative. • Meaningful overlap with US working hours.
