📋 Description

• Update landing pages, add content and publish new pages • Set up and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta • Monitor campaign performance and provide concise updates • Turn rough briefs into ad creatives, social posts, one-pagers or presentations • Write and refine copy for websites, ads and email campaigns • Prepare and send newsletters and onboarding emails • Create, schedule and publish LinkedIn content • Collect data from analytics, advertising platforms and CRM systems and turn it into concise reports • Maintain and improve marketing tools, including CMS, analytics, CRM/automation and design tools • Use AI tools to improve research, content creation, visual production or analysis • Work directly with the Head of Marketing and other team colleagues, mainly asynchronously

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience across several areas of marketing, such as web, paid advertising, content, design and email marketing • Ability to quickly switch between different tasks and work independently • Strong eye for quality, design and clear communication • Hands-on mindset and ability to adapt when priorities change • Practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows • Fluent English • German language skills are an advantage • Experience with the German B2B market is an advantage • Clear, direct communication and ability to work with limited supervision • Short introduction and a few sentences about how you like to work • 2–3 examples of relevant work created or contributed to • Provide a day rate or hourly rate
