📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth consultations (initial and follow-up) to assess dietary needs, build personalized nutrition plans, and monitor progress. • Support patients on GLP-1 therapy with nutrition strategies that protect lean mass and manage side effects. • Document patient interactions and recommendations in our EHR per company standards. • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (NPs, PAs, MDs) for comprehensive care. • Contribute to patient education materials (handouts, content) as part of your role.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RDN credential issued by the U.S. Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) — required. • Must reside in the United States. • Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and weight management. • Experience supporting clients with weight loss. • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation. • Compassionate, strong communicator, dedicated to patient outcomes. • Preferred Experience with patients on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro). • Experience with senior patient populations. • Active state licensure in Texas, Florida, or New York (a plus — we'll help you obtain others).
