📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth consultations (initial and follow-up) to assess dietary needs, build personalized nutrition plans, and monitor progress • Support patients on GLP-1 therapy with nutrition strategies that protect lean mass and manage side effects • Document patient interactions and recommendations in our EHR per company standards • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (NPs, PAs, MDs) for comprehensive care • Contribute to patient education materials (handouts, content) as part of your role

🎯 Requirements

• Active RDN credential issued by the U.S. Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) — required • Must reside in the United States • Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and weight management • Experience supporting clients with weight loss • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation • Compassionate, strong communicator, dedicated to patient outcomes • Preferred Experience with patients on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) • Experience with senior patient populations • Active state licensure in Texas, Florida, or New York (a plus — we'll help you obtain others)
