📋 Description

• Book orders and reduce rebooks caused by operational errors • Set up customer-related system information and order-related workflows • Coordinate GE Vernova PERS logistics and documentation for Order to Revenue fulfillment of domestic and international orders • Fulfill hosted software offerings, including tenant provisioning and licensing for On-Prem customers • Work with Commercial Operations, Sales, CSM, Renewals, Product Management, and Services teams • Coordinate with Billing/Invoicing, AR/Collection, and Disputes teams • Conduct operational quote approval • Coordinate IT issues in SFDC and Fusion • Assist and advise on LE-related activities • Coordinate and advise on rebooking activities, RMA, and cancellations • Provide training and corrective updates to the knowledge base and SOPs • Manage order booking and PO validation • Create order entry and billing workflows • Manage vendor forms, KYC, and credit applications • Fulfill and deliver licenses • Activate, enable, and delete tenants • Deliver upgrades • Initiate order kick-offs in Fusion and manually release paused tasks • Ensure compliance with export regulations, export licenses, country-specific requirements, and third-party inspections • Ensure fulfilled orders are invoiced and billed to customers • Manage cases • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete records and contribute to record-keeping improvements • Communicate shipment and order status to internal and external customers • Support activities including, but not limited to, Mexico and Hungary

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in sales support, customer service, renewals, client services, billing/invoicing, AR/Collection or disputes • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize activities • Attention to detail • Creative, innovative, and curious personality with a problem-solving approach • Sales and service mindset with a customer-focused approach • Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and navigate a global regional matrix structure • Customer-focused, with commercial skills and professionalism to interact with internal and external customers • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for coordination roles • Self-starter, eager to be part of a startup division within commercial operations • Able to work independently with a can-do attitude • Flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs like Fusion and Microsoft Excel
