📋 Description

• Develop proposals, including commenting on customer specifications • Negotiate with customers in compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment • Ensure deals deliver shareholder value and drive competitive pricing • Compile and submit required tender documentation • Collaborate with supporting functions and sales to prepare proposals for rotating equipment generator services • Review and mitigate terms and conditions and identify and obtain approval for associated risks • Own the commercial process for compliance and documentation while ensuring customer deliverables are met • Prioritize information for decision-making and propose solutions to complicated day-to-day commercial problems • Prepare and conduct clean project hand-over to the execution team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, or Tendering • Strong knowledge of Generator related products and services • In depth working knowledge of the commercial proposal and contracting process • Expertise in proposal preparation and presentation • Fluent in English • Fluent in German language desired, capable of performing negotiations in German • Knowledge of Steam Turbine related products and services desired • Knowledge of the German Power Service market would be beneficial
