📋 Description

• Oversee operational management of the global compliance programs function, including risk and governance, training, communications, anti-bribery, and other compliance initiatives • Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance processes, frameworks, and workflows • Partner with compliance subject matter experts across anti-corruption, trade compliance, data privacy, antitrust, and third-party risk management • Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks • Provide the CCO and senior leadership with visibility into compliance program performance, emerging risks, and key trends • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide compliance communications strategy • Design and lead creative, multi-channel compliance awareness campaigns for a diverse global workforce • Create content for newsletters, intranet sites, video messages, town halls, posters, digital media, and executive talking points • Partner with business segments, Trade, Corporate Communications, and other functions • Measure communications and campaign effectiveness through surveys, engagement analytics, and feedback mechanisms • Support the CCO in preparing presentations, board materials, and executive briefings • Manage internal events such as Integrity Week and other leadership engagement forums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, law, or a related field • 10+ years of professional experience • At least 8 years in compliance, ethics, risk management, or a closely related function within a large multinational organization • Demonstrated experience managing compliance operations, including program governance, process improvement, and performance measurement • Proven track record developing and executing enterprise-scale compliance communications strategies and awareness campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to distill complex regulatory and compliance topics into clear, engaging, and accessible messaging for diverse audiences • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and navigating a global operating environment • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget • Collaborative and team-oriented working style • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, from front-line employees to the C-suite • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
