âą Support the on-site execution of hydro turbine and generator projects âą Manage scope by planning, organizing, and supervising the field team âą Work closely with the project planner âą Manage actual and forecasted costs âą Work with a cross-functional project team âą Prepare the project site prior to field-team mobilization âą Actively participate in design processes and the development of new lessons learned âą Manage site documentation
đŻ Requirements
âą University degree (B.Sc. or B.Eng) in a technical or management discipline (or equivalent experience) âą Experience in site management âą Experience in power generation âą Experience with cost control âą Familiarity with technical concepts (including hydroelectric machinery, turbines, generators, etc.) âą Excellent leadership skills
