📋 Description

• Support the Site Manager in hands-on substation erection, electrical installation, testing, commissioning support, and related site activities during the ITO and/or OTR phase • Lead site activities or smaller projects with virtual supervision from the Site Manager • Ensure schedule, quality, and cost comply with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field • Perform end-to-end customer-site activities including site mobilization, civil construction, equipment erection, and final commissioning • Shape priorities and drive performance across the functional organization

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to travel extensively within the United States • For roles outside of the USA: significant experience in electrical construction, substation erection, site execution, commissioning activities, and/or site leadership • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • For roles in USA: Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and substation construction practices • Familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards and field execution requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
