📋 Description

• responsible for end-to-end activities at customer sites, including site mobilization, civil construction, equipment erection, and final commissioning • technical site execution role supporting the Site Manager in the execution of hands-on substation erection, electrical installation, testing, commissioning support, and related site activities • ensures schedule, quality, and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations • developing specialized knowledge in their discipline • acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to travel extensively within the United States • significant experience in electrical construction, substation erection, site execution, commissioning activities, and/or site leadership for roles outside of the USA • knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) for roles outside of the USA • Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA • strong oral and written communication skills • strong interpersonal and leadership skills • demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • established project management skills • knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and substation construction practices • familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards and field execution requirements
