📋 Description

• perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property • contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products • manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering • responsible for planning/execution of all onsite life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities able to be performed at customer sites • includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics • develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline • use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy • propose solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance

🎯 Requirements

• advanced experience in Services & On Site Services • knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience • for roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) • strong oral and written communication skills • demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • established project management skills
