📋 Description

• Lead all financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range strategy • Define, cascade, and ensure ownership of operational targets across functional leaders • Drive quarterly pacing of orders, revenue, contribution margin, base costs, and operating profit • Identify financial gaps early and partner with the business to close them • Manage the financial closing process and end-to-end forecasting • Generate executive-level presentations and provide visibility into actuals versus targets • Partner with Tax and Controllership on income forecasting • Ensure financial systems and infrastructure meet enterprise compliance and reporting standards • Act as hands-on financial operator for an approximately $0.5B cost base • Lead daily cost controls, capital allocation, and free cash flow generation • Lead, coach, and mentor a global FP&A team of approximately 10 finance professionals • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing lean principles, continuous improvement, and next-generation finance talent development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited university • Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience, including proven success in a finance leadership role • Direct experience in the Grid/Energy industry and/or Software industry • Ability to prioritize effectively and execute concrete action plans under tight deadlines • Strategic thinking with established analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and lead within a complex, matrixed organization • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
