📋 Description

• Define logistics ITO strategy for Heavy Duty and Aero opportunities • Partner with Sales to understand blueprints and operating plans, track key deals, quote/demand capacity, and influence winning strategies • Initiate and manage ITO feasibility studies and provide alternate logistics solutions at offer stage • Generate total landed cost logistics quotes throughout the ITO/OTR cycle • Develop logistics proposals including forecasting, market and infrastructure analysis, with accurate and competitive costs • Drive cost and cycle reductions through quoting and bidding processes • Influence contract terms and conditions to optimize logistics solutions and minimize execution risk • Manage ITO-OTR handover and support R&O processes and related actions • Monitor OTR lessons learned and incorporate feedback into ITO commercial strategy • Ensure understanding of INCO terms across commercial, contract, and execution teams • Provide contract language protecting internal financial performance • Engage early on key campaigns to develop optimized logistics solutions • Work with Customs to ensure executable import/export strategy • Develop and maintain standard RFQ specifications • Cooperate with regional Logistics ITO Specialists to optimize the operations playbook • Handle additional ad-hoc quote requirements • Manage ITO reporting, KPIs, and analytics • Follow EHS rules, complete mandatory training, and report incidents and near misses • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate leader or manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain • Detailed knowledge about different in-country logistics operations • Extended knowledge of country-specific governmental regulations • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities • Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP applications • Strong customer service mindset • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Work experience in global teams • Integrated Management Systems knowledge, preferably ORACLE/OTM • LEAN principles experience • INCA Terms or Freight Forwarding experience is a plus • Ability to work legally in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Must follow EHS rules, complete mandatory EHS training, and report incidents and near misses
