📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact with cross-functional execution teams for logistics plans • Develop and manage logistics plans for projects • Ensure adherence to ITO and OTR logistics processes within Gas Power projects • Create project logistics budgets and transport plans • Coordinate logistics planning and execution to support on-time delivery and optimize costs • Monitor Logistics Coordinators' compliance with customer requirements and contract deliverables • Maintain relationships with internal partners and key account contacts to support repairs outage needs • Provide daily management, morning startup, and end-of-day reporting to leadership • Develop end-to-end logistics solutions for on-time delivery and budget compliance • Own logistics metrics and lead additional operational activities • Supervise daily logistics operations for Steam GE Gas Repairs shipments via OTM • Ensure 4PL compliance with sourcing strategy and logistics group directions • Enforce OTM use for repairs logistics transactions • Work with OTM teams on system development and improvement • Comply with financial guidelines and ensure timely execution of transactions • Supervise post-shipment inquiries and claims • Improve logistics tracking-system data accuracy • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and lead low-risk projects

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) plus years of hands-on day-to-day logistics experience • Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college • High school diploma/GED may be considered with at least 6 years of aligned work experience • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated analytical problem resolution • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to plan, market, and execute • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Spanish language skills are desired, industry-based written and spoken
