đź“‹ Description
• Drive continuous improvement of Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling processes, including KPIs and critical path analysis • Provide scheduling leadership for complex Equipment Only, Engineering, Equipment & Procurement, and Turnkey projects • Develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects • Participate in ITO-to-OTR handover meetings and confirm assumptions and risk summaries • Attend customer kickoff meetings and follow up on schedule-related action items • Contribute to Delivery Matrix development and develop Commitment Meeting files • Lead Commitment Meetings to resolve schedule disconnects and establish project baselines • Set up integrated project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, including L2/L3 schedules and S-curves • Maintain schedules to reflect project scope, execution strategy, and current project status • Monitor on-time delivery performance, schedule slippages, forecasts, reporting accuracy, and corrective actions • Perform weekly/monthly schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and delay analysis • Reflect schedule updates and KPIs in Planner Dashboard, OTD Tracker, Pulse, and WIPT • Work with project teams on mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues • Provide accurate project status reports to functions, customers, and business stakeholders • Analyze schedule variances, root causes, execution strategy impacts, and required dates • Support extension-of-time and cost claims • Provide feedback to improve Planning team processes and tools
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • 5 years of experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling within an EPC environment • 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent project, program, and portfolio management tools • Experience in extension-of-time claims and forensic planning • Knowledge of power plant principles and EPC work processes • Site scheduling exposure • Experience with resource loading in P6 schedules • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Open to travel up to 10% (desired characteristic) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
