đź“‹ Description
• Drive continuous improvement of Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling processes, including KPI development and maintenance and critical path analysis • Provide scheduling leadership for complex Equipment Only, Engineering, Equipment & Procurement, and Turnkey projects supporting the PMO • Develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects • Participate in ITO-to-OTR handover meetings and confirm assumptions, risks, scope, and contract details • Attend customer kickoff meetings and follow up on schedule-related action items • Develop Commitment Meeting files and lead Commitment Meetings to establish project baselines • Set up integrated project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, including L3/L2 schedules and S-curves • Maintain schedules to accurately reflect project scope, execution strategy, and status • Monitor on-time delivery performance, schedule slippages, inaccurate data, forecasts, and reporting • Perform weekly/monthly schedule analysis, identify critical impacts, and suggest mitigations • Update schedule data and KPIs in Planner Dashboard, OTD Tracker, Pulse, and WIPT • Work with project teams to identify mitigation strategies and reflect them in schedules • Escalate critical project issues to the internal project manager and project team • Prepare accurate internal and customer-facing project status reports • Communicate execution-strategy impacts and changes to required dates • Support project team members with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances • Perform critical path and delay analysis for deliverables, extension-of-time, and cost claims • Participate in process and tool improvements for the Planning team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • 5 years of experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling within an EPC environment • 3 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent project, program and portfolio management tools • Experience with extension-of-time claims and forensic planning • Knowledge of power plant principles and EPC work processes • Site scheduling exposure • Resource loading in P6 schedules • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Open to travel up to 10% • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
