• Supervise GE Vernova blade repair contractor teams and perform repairs at laydown yards • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets during blade repair and inspection operations • Ensure compliance with safety policies, protocols, and proper PPE use • Foster proactive safety actions and conduct on-site risk assessments • Respond to safety events in coordination with EHS, Operations, HR, and other GE Vernova functions • Supervise or execute repair procedures and verify checklists and procedural adherence • Adjust repair pacing based on job phases and weather conditions • Ensure teams have required parts, tooling, materials, procedures, and PPE • Facilitate communication between site teams and GE Vernova functions • Manage daily operations and team performance against targets • Undertake repair tasks directly when teams cannot complete them • Align operations with the Site Manager for project delivery • Serve as primary site contact for repair teams and provide repair progress updates • Maintain transparent and timely project communication • Maintain technician-equivalent training and certifications and ensure compliance with standards • Keep accurate records of site activities and progress • Use Microsoft Office and Smartsheet for reporting and coordination • Communicate daily with the GE Vernova Site and Project Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 3 years of experience in blade repairs • Minimum of 2 years of experience in blade repairs • Ability and willingness to travel between Pawnee and Garden City laydown yards • Current training and certifications equivalent to a regular technician • Compliance with all relevant standards and regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively • Strong communication and coordination skills • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams • Proactive problem-solving capabilities • Adaptability to changing work environments and conditions • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
