📋 Description

• Coordinate scheduling of Field Engineers and Contractor workforce for customer outages and projects • Execute field resource deployment planning to meet customer and business metrics • Interface with customer service managers regarding issue escalation • Develop long-range forecasts for regional resource needs • Develop and execute short- and long-range resource plans, including recruitment, skills reviews, and advanced training • Own scheduling processes in P6 software to coordinate, track, and analyze staffing for customer projects and outages • Maintain databases tracking customer in-processing and Personnel History Questionnaire status for Field Service employees • Coordinate with customers and Project Managers to update Project Welcome Packages with site-specific travel requirements • Support staffing and training team deliverables through data entry and analysis using the Nuclear Staffing Database • Interface with Project Managers and Contractor Service Managers to update project staffing requirements • Assist with problem identification, issue escalation, and resolution • Assist Staffing Manager, Demand Planner, and Supply Planner with long-range staffing forecasts • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of applicable experience • 2 years of project scheduling experience (industrial, capital, installation, or production) • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word • Ability to work after hours and on weekends during peak business times • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites or San Jose Training Facilities • Ability to obtain and keep unescorted access to Nuclear Plants • Strong oral and written communication skills • Familiarity with P6 Primavera or equivalent scheduling software • Familiarity with Tableau reporting system or equivalent • Familiarity with Smartsheet and MS Teams collaboration software • Ability to build relationships with remote colleagues • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
