• Drive the end-to-end implementation of the BiQ Playbook within warehouse operations. • Lead the deployment of the 15 core elements of the BiQ Playbook across all assigned warehouses. • Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance with internal standards and the BiQ framework. • Manage the triage and investigation of Non-Conformances (NCRs) within the assigned value streams. • Partner with cross-functional warehouse teams to reduce scrap and rework. • Act as a technical quality coach on the shop floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. • Proven experience in a quality or operations-focused role within a manufacturing or logistics setting. • Strong practical knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA, 5-Why). • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management platforms. • Ability to translate complex quality requirements into simple, actionable process instructions. • Strong knowledge of quality systems, Lean principles, corrective action processes, and nonconformance management.
