📋 Description

• Own portfolio customer relationships, operational excellence, and team leadership for the assigned area • Manage medium to large teams, including senior professional direct reports • Attract and retain talent • Influence policy and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Link work with other parts of the organization • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Use industry trends to inform decision-making • Lead teams to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Employ operational, product management, manufacturing, and engineering techniques • Collaborate with adjacent functions to solve issues • Evaluate information quality and question conflicting data for analysis • Use internal and external resources to support decisions • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Present business or technical solutions to leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and customers • Influence peers to take action

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, business, project management, or a related field • Significant experience in project management, program management, or portfolio leadership within power generation, nuclear services, steam power, or a related industrial environment • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects or project portfolios simultaneously, with accountability for financial, operational, and customer outcomes • Proven people leadership experience, including direct management of project managers and leadership across matrixed or dotted-line organizations • Strong working knowledge of PMO governance, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio reporting in a highly regulated or operationally complex environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred • PMP certification or other recognized project/program management credential preferred • Experience leading project portfolios in nuclear services, steam power outages, field execution, retrofits, repairs, or long-term service programs preferred • Familiarity with nuclear quality, regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements in customer-facing project environments preferred • Demonstrated success driving organizational performance through talent development, standardization, operating rigor, and continuous improvement across a PMO or project organization preferred • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, contract execution, and portfolio-level decision making preferred
