📋 Description

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for GE Vernova • Act as the bridge between GEV internal engineering/supply teams and KAPES/KEPCO construction teams • Safeguard equipment delivery, engineering quality, and site safety standards throughout the project lifecycle • Act as the primary point of contact between GEV and KAPES/KEPCO • Facilitate communication, drive issue resolution, and align customer expectations with GEV project delivery • Manage technical documentation workflows, including RFIs, NCRs, and as-built documentation • Ensure GEV engineering and equipment meet site quality requirements • Oversee equipment deliveries, inspection checklist readiness, missing or faulty materials, and progress reports • Prioritize EHS compliance and support site supervisors with work permitting and day-to-day site logistics • Identify and escalate site issues to GEV project teams • Participate in regular progress meetings and provide status updates on site activities and engineering progress

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification • Proven experience in construction or infrastructure project sites, specifically with contractor or customer-facing responsibilities • Full professional fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is mandatory • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-party technical documentation (RFIs, NCRs, Quality documentation) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with local EHS regulations and permitting requirements for large-scale construction sites • Preferred: Prior experience with High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems or large-scale electrical infrastructure • Preferred: National license (Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety) • Preferred: Demonstrated experience in Quality Control processes
