📋 Description

• Lead all supply chain management activities within the assigned project scope, including equipment and spare parts for BOP, HRSG and MSD • Define and implement the project-specific sourcing and procurement approach in line with contract requirements and sourcing and financing restrictions • Ensure smooth handover of supply chain scope from tender phase to project execution • Review and update the purchasing strategy and project-specific sourcing concept with the PTM • Align purchasing strategy with commodity strategies and approved supplier panels • Verify procurement budgets with the Project Finance Manager and resolve allocation discrepancies • Review the baseline project schedule and optimize procurement timing and delivery milestones with the project scheduler • Ensure suppliers meet contractual documentation requirements, including shipping documents, manufacturing reports, and certificates • Ensure supplier quality and expediting monitoring concepts are in place • Maintain and update the vendor list and secure client approval with the PEM and PD • Support contract and claim management activities, including vendor recovery • Lead cross-functional procurement progress reviews and document meeting outcomes • Ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements • Serve as primary contact for commercial, legal, administrative, and organizational procurement matters • Act as frontline leader for installation parts required by sites • Monitor project supply chain KPIs, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) • Track completeness and timely delivery of technical specifications from engineering • Report functionally within the sourcing organization while aligning closely with the Project Manager and/or Project Director • Liaise with sub-functions across the Sourcing department to support project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 2-4 years of leadership or team coordination experience for a solid mid-level team leader role • Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or project management • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sourcing or project management role • Ability and willingness to travel 15% of the time, as required • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure • Strategic thinking and ability to create and execute concrete action plans • Strong analytical project management and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
