📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of strategic programs and implementations to achieve target outcomes • Work closely with GE customers to define high-level scope, project plans, and resourcing throughout the project or program lifecycle • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Apply knowledge of best practices, competition, and market differentiation • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Use technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence colleagues and stakeholders across functions • Drive customer success and long-term value across the digital post-sales lifecycle, from implementation and technical delivery through outcome attainment and expansion • Help customers navigate digital systems supporting resilient, efficient, and reliable utility infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • At least ten (10) years of experience in utility distribution operations • Experience with utility industry-specific software, such as SCADA systems • Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices, such as NERC and FERC • Eight (8) years of project management, including a focus on software implementation projects • Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development methodologies • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Primavera P6 • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
