📋 Description

• Serve as a Program Management Office (PMO) representative for multi-tenant contracts, including IAC MAC, PRISM and future AEIS contract vehicles • Assist Program Managers with documenting program risks and issues and follow through to resolution • Help Program Managers monitor portfolio performance, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and manage deviations or adjustments • Develop, track, and manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractually required data and documentation • Assist the procurement team with goods and services required for project execution, including equipment, materials, and subcontracted work • Collaborate with Project Managers and gather monthly status updates to prepare the Monthly Status Report (MSR) • Proof, review, and submit TARs and Trip Reports from SAIC and subcontractor travelers • Assist with onboarding activities • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation on the S2A SharePoint site

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; or Master’s degree and four (4) years or more experience; or PhD and 0 years related experience; years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree • Previous experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY • Active Secret Clearance • Prior experience developing, tracking, and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists (desired)
