📋 Description

• Report to the LM2500 Aeroderivative Platform Leader • Own the Services lifecycle from introduction through sunset • Drive strategic integration across Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Services, Parts COE, AAJV, Services MYA, and Project Execution • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Services, Commercial, and other Gas Power functions • Ensure Services launch readiness, quality, delivery, and alignment with business financial objectives • Own Services readiness for NPI programs and fleet issues, including tooling, training, repair development, manuals, field procedures, ATQ documentation, and I&C readiness • Develop and execute investment and industrialization strategies for repairs, manufacturing/service capabilities, and service facility upgrades • Lead repair, field-fix, RAM, and CM&U programs against safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives • Improve fleet reliability and availability metrics, including MTBFO • Lead implementation and fleet compliance for Service Bulletins and Product Bulletins • Support parts forecasting for critical service actions • Develop service commercial models, cost catalogs, ATAs, repair-cost assumptions, scrap-rate expectations, maintenance intervals, and related strategies • Manage customer communications regarding significant fleet issues • Support the NPI pipeline and program execution, including resources, P&E requirements, manufacturing and sourcing risks, supplier/parts obsolescence, and COPQ reduction • Provide updates on quality and execution workstreams through established operating rhythms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative relevant experience • At least 5 years of experience with gas turbine technology or a similar industry • At least 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, or program/project management • Prior experience in or working with services operational and execution teams preferred • Effective team building and problem-solving abilities • Ability to solve problems creatively • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization • Experience working in a global environment • Knowledge and understanding of product line technology and processes • Strong change-agent capabilities in complex, diverse, and dynamic cross-functional global teams • Outstanding technical, business, and financial analysis skills • Deep knowledge of the power generation marketplace • Demonstrated leadership, influence, and strategy capabilities • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
