📋 Description

• Provide leadership and governance for a large-scale enterprise cloud migration program from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS • Own overall program performance against cost, schedule, scope, and quality baselines, including spend plans and margins • Direct the program leadership team and migration team leads and maintain appropriate staffing • Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking planned versus actual progress against milestones • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating to customer and AIS leadership when needed • Serve as the customer's first escalation point within AIS and build relationships with customer stakeholders and teaming partners • Provide regular status reporting to the customer and AIS leadership • Ensure contractual delivery of scope, service levels, and deliverables through documented customer acceptance • Approve subcontractor and AIS invoices • Confirm contract scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria within the first 90 days • Establish risk management, customer reporting, working relationships, and lead the program from initial assessment into the first migrations

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen • Minimum ten years of program and/or project management experience • Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migrations to Azure and AWS • Demonstrated success meeting contractual obligations, managing risk, and realizing profitability targets • Experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and dependencies across multiple concurrent migration workstreams • Intermediate proficiency (Career Framework Level 3) in Program, Schedule, Scope, and Stakeholder Management • Federal program delivery experience (preferred) • Experience with Azure Government or AWS GovCloud environments (preferred) • PMP, Scrum Master, or FAC-P/PM certification (preferred) • Experience with enterprise IT change management and release processes (preferred) • Previous leadership experience and demonstrated success building a high performing team (preferred)
