📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide oversight to all 340B Program covered entities • Maximize 340B program integrity, compliance, optimization, and strategic growth • Maintain the integrity of 340B split-billing software and review reports for optimization and efficiency • Coordinate the clinical information system with the 340B Program, including EMR, virtual accumulator, contract pharmacy, and administrator interfaces • Oversee implementation of newly registered child sites and contract pharmacies, including owned-retail pharmacies • Assist with maintaining accurate HRSA 340B OPAIS information for all covered entities • Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed, updated, and approved • Manage clinic-administered medications, mixed-use areas, outpatient prescriptions, owned pharmacies, and contract 340B pharmacies • Provide oversight for independent external audits • Develop, execute, and document internal 340B audits; coordinate remediation and action plans • Maintain a central repository of fully executed 340B contracts • Train, educate, and communicate policy and procedure updates to staff and program participants • Maintain software systems and relationships with external vendors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Significant pharmacy procurement experience is required • Significant 340B program experience is required • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel, is required • Experience with Epic is helpful • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education • Seven years' experience • Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 18-months of hire date from Apexus • Must live in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Ability to use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and identify and distinguish colors • Ability to use hearing and speech for oral communication and hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, grip, and lift/carry or push/pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to rarely climb
