📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects or complex programs • Oversee pursuit to order capture for new and existing business opportunities • Lead cross-functional teams for bid and proposal submissions • Develop commercial models and scenario planning to determine pricing strategies • Lead customer contract negotiations as the business decision maker • Participate in P&L forecasting, annual and long-range financial planning, and program review meetings • Deliver financial forecasts and achieve committed business plans and value stream goals • Monitor program strategy implementation and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement • Serve as the primary customer interface and ensure program requirements are met • Maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance targets • Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors • Manage and report program Profit & Loss and achieve profitability targets • Identify and mitigate program risks and implement solutions for resource, scope, and customer issues • Manage contract changes, proposals, business plans, and compliance efforts • Lead, guide, and support professionals, potentially as a people leader • Support new business development and value stream strategies for program growth • Travel up to 25%, occasionally on short notice

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience, and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management specifically with airlines/airports programs • Experience with change and risk management principles and practices • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred • 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated P&L acumen preferred • Prior experience leading proposal development efforts, contract negotiations, and/or commercial management preferred • Prior experience providing indirect or matrixed leadership preferred • MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred • Fluency in Spanish preferred • Ability to travel up to 25%, occasionally on short notice
