📋 Description

• Provide overall planning, direction, leadership, and oversight for major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives • Manage large, complex, multi-year programs consisting of multiple sub-programs, projects, and tasks • Define program structure, objectives, priorities, and organizational approach • Develop and direct short- and long-range program plans • Formulate, guide, and direct the technical approach and overall program strategy • Coordinate and negotiate to obtain personnel, funding, equipment, and other resources • Establish and manage technical milestones, performance objectives, and program deliverables • Develop, maintain, and control program schedules • Establish, monitor, and control program budgets and costs • Monitor program performance and address schedule, cost, resource, or technical issues • Coordinate activities across program teams and sub-programs • Maintain accountability for overall program success and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 5 years of experience
