📋 Description

• Lead client programs from initial planning through long-term success, including pilots, production rollouts, integrations, and executive reviews • Align Picarro’s technology and analytics with utility strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities • Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned accounts, engaging with director- and executive-level stakeholders to review progress, set goals, and define outcomes • Analyze operational and field data to quantify results, identify risks or opportunities, and shape recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs, influence product direction, and drive continuous improvement • Support business development and proposal efforts by defining customer goals, success metrics, and implementation plans • Provide subject matter expertise on advanced leak detection, methane emissions, and evolving regulatory frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in utility operations, methane-related R&D, or client-facing technical programs • Strong understanding of pipeline safety, emissions management, and regulatory frameworks • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical details into business impact • Experience in customer success, implementation, or consulting roles supporting enterprise programs • Proficiency in data analysis and GIS tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, ArcGIS, or QGIS) • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field • Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings and program coordination (typically less than 25 percent)
