📋 Description

• Provide tactical support for client-facing projects • Oversee and coordinate receipt, log-in, and workflow management of samples and standards for laboratory analysis • Monitor client-facing and internal project progress and provide timely status updates • Manage client interactions related to sample and standard processes • Support the client relationship manager with daily progress updates, timeline management, and risk identification and escalation • Act as primary coordinator for receipt and log-in of samples and standards • Manage shipment requests • Manage sample and standard workflows, including check-outs, shipping, relog, and disposal activities • Initiate project setup processes • Manage reagent documents, including Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets • Coordinate and track internal lab-based projects, including facility audits and incident reports • Attend internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0+ years), or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality with client information and data • Ability to attain, maintain, and apply knowledge of applicable procedural documents • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work well with others • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups • Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds • Ability to work in non-traditional work environments • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently • May be exposed to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, in healthcare or laboratory environments • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
