📋 Description

• Own and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise • Deliver training sessions to current Program Managers and ensure learning objectives are met • Develop and adapt course materials and training content for new and experienced program managers • Use real-world examples and best practices to engage participants and facilitate discussions • Assess training effectiveness using participant feedback and evaluation data • Refine content to meet participant needs and enterprise standards • Analyze and report cohort outcomes and metrics, including completion, evaluation results, and business impact • Synthesize stakeholder insights and recommendations to demonstrate cohort effectiveness and support continuous improvement • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals • Manage travel and logistics for training sessions and on-site events • Guide and coordinate supporting delivery staff • Report to the CSD Program Management Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience • Demonstrated experience in Program Management applying risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and program baselining • Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting in-person training programs with a strong focus on engagement and practical application • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and relatably • Proven ability to work effectively in dynamic environments while managing multiple projects and travel requirements of up to 50% • Demonstrated experience leading a team, including setting direction, providing coaching and feedback, and driving delivery against commitments • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a collaborative training environment • Demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing diverse training challenges and audience needs • Experience with cohort-based learning models, adult learning principles, or learning and development initiatives • Master’s degree in Business, Management, STEM, or a related field or professional certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
