📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of strategic programs and implementations to achieve target outcomes • Work closely with GE customers to define high-level scope, project plans, and resourcing throughout project and program lifecycles • Drive customer success and long-term value across the digital post-sales lifecycle • Champion customer journeys from implementation and technical delivery through outcome attainment and expansion • Serve as the bridge between GE Vernova's digital expertise and customers' operational needs • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations and decisions • Solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence stakeholders on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • At least ten (10) years of experience in utility distribution operations • Experience with utility industry-specific software, such as SCADA systems • Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices, such as NERC and FERC • Eight (8) years of project management experience, including a focus on software implementation projects • Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development methodologies • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Primavera P6 • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program lifecycles, from strategic planning to execution • Strong problem-solving skills and experience resolving complex operational challenges • Proven experience leading Grid Software implementations and navigating the Grid technology ecosystem • High aptitude for mastering complex technical concepts and translating them into business outcomes • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
