📋 Description

• Oversee non-turnkey or product/equipment-only projects • Provide leadership and/or direct or indirect management of project resources • Manage large-scale projects in relation to GE Vernova • Execute policies and strategies using technical knowledge and analytical thinking • Make decisions using internal sources and limited external sources • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with low resource requirements and risks • Explain information and develop skills to build team consensus • Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Lead high-scope, high-impact initiatives • Manage project delivery, profit and loss (P&L) accounting, and customer satisfaction by administering project-related activities and resources
