📋 Description

• Implementing and driving strategic outage initiatives across all technologies • Operationalize productivity programs • Measure productivity penetration • Responsible for 1-5 year cost out performance against target • Responsible for existing program applications, such as Bearing Exchange Program • Assist One Field Services with Outage Planning rigor and promulgate outage Best Practices & Lessons Learned • Analyze and recommend solutions for productivity and KPI management inclusive of Outage Cost, NCP Cost, Parts vs Repair Cost, and their associated processes • Drive Operational Reviews with lean mindset

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in power generation industry OR Associates degree with 2 years of experience in a power generation industry) • Minimum of 5-7 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract management • Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time
