📋 Description

• Support all stages of the project lifecycle from early customer engagement and proposal development through delivery, testing, acceptance, and handover • Support technical proposals and define delivery approaches during sales and tendering • Help prepare Statements of Work and other project-related documentation • Lead technical delivery of enterprise software deployments in customer environments • Coordinate software deployment, configuration, testing, and technical readiness activities • Collaborate directly with customers to understand their environments, communicate progress, and manage technical expectations • Identify and resolve software, infrastructure, operating system, network, and integration issues during deployment • Collaborate with Product Development, Tendering, and Support teams • Provide updates on technical progress, risks, and issues to the wider project team • Support scope, risk, and problem management with the Project Manager • Lead customer training, system walkthroughs, and user readiness activities • Support and participate in customer acceptance testing and validation/sign-off • Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery methods, quality, and efficiency • Support handover to maintenance and support teams at project completion • Serve as an escalation point for maintenance and support teams • Travel globally, including short-notice travel, to meet customers and support on-site deployments and issue resolution, up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, such as Computer Science, IT Networking, or Software Development, or equivalent relevant experience • 5 years of experience with software delivery projects using Linux and Windows and other technologies related to grid software • Experience with grid software such as WAMS, EMS, DMS, DERMS, or similar • Experience dealing directly with customers in a technical delivery, deployment, or support environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability • Ability and willingness to travel globally, sometimes at short notice • Experience with Kubernetes • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
