📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare staffing experience within Locum Tenens • Current or previous experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or similar client-facing staffing role • Proven success growing existing accounts • Strong phone sales, relationship management, and communication skills • Experience working remotely in a self-managed environment • Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
