📋 Description

• Analyze and reconcile customer account data across systems, identifying duplicates, unmatched records, and data quality issues • Analyze purchasing activity, transaction volumes, and customer connectivity to support onboarding plans and prioritization • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards measuring customer onboarding, transaction acceptance, adoption, utilization, and exceptions • Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and other project deliverables for multiple concurrent engagements • Collaborate with internal teams to validate data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues • Support data analysis and reconciliation for system implementations, integrations, migrations, and business transitions • Analyze customer contact and outreach data, including registration progress and communication results • Communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and present results to customers when appropriate • Standardize reporting templates, document analytical methods, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency • Provide analytical support for healthcare supply chain consulting engagements, including customer onboarding, business process optimization, and solution adoption initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting, or a related field • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to explain findings to technical and nontechnical audiences • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation • Experience analyzing large or complex data sets and identifying actionable insights • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually • Preferred: 2–3 years of experience within the healthcare industry • Preferred: Ability to work with healthcare providers, suppliers, distributors, and group purchasing organizations • Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS business models • Preferred: Knowledge of e-commerce concepts • Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint • Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Preferred: Familiarity with data analysis and transformation tools such as Python, R, or SQL
