📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate data collection, analyze data, and assimilate it into formats understood by end users • Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize company revenue • Gather, analyze, and assimilate data for internal users • Conduct QA efforts to ensure accurate and timely completion of work • Complete work requests for product configuration, email campaigns, and reporting • Review the work of other Analysts from time to time • Provide feedback on people, process improvement, and product • Maintain internal customer satisfaction scores of 95% or greater across supported teams • Develop knowledge of GHX’s products, beginning with Vendormate Credentialing • Handle recurring responsibilities and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or management discipline + 3 years relevant experience • Expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • 1+ years of data analysis experience • Team-oriented approach with focus on problem solving, attention to detail, quality, and customer service • Ability to embrace change and work collaboratively to improve processes • Ability to multitask while completing work requests, projects, and recurring responsibilities • Aptitude for manipulating, analyzing, and displaying data • Capability to follow established processes and contribute to process improvement • Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks • Effective written and verbal communication with customers, peers, and management • Able to travel up to 15% annually • Preferred: 1+ years of relevant business experience • Preferred: Database experience (MS Access, MS Excel, SQL or related) • Preferred: Basic understanding of computer programming • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.com, MailChimp, Jasper, and Tableau
