📋 Description

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for GHX's core clinical solutions • Serve as technical and clinical domain expert for the clinical suite • Support deal closing and positive customer experiences through stakeholder engagement • Break down complex clinical analytics and physician preference item problems into milestones and initiatives • Establish implementation norms with internal operations to accelerate customer time to value • Lead sales, product owners, and engineering teams in developing products • Research customer needs and market gaps with clinicians, value analysis committees, and supply chain leaders • Analyze healthcare clinical analytics and procurement optimization competition and market trends • Define and communicate product roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy • Prioritize work with Product Pods and engineering delivery teams • Develop value propositions and sales tools • Partner with marketing and brand on product messaging and naming • Lead product and feature rollouts and go-to-market activities • Train customer-facing employees on product details, clinical value proposition, and sales techniques • Build business cases with sales and finance and use performance measures to guide product strategy • Set and evaluate product pricing • Negotiate product priorities through internal processes • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including healthcare data privacy and security standards • Report to the Director, Product Management and engage with engineering, clinical strategy, sales, and customer success leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years related work experience, including 4+ years of product management experience • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical analytics, or hospital/health system procurement and supply chain required • Demonstrated experience developing data or analytics products that solve complex, ambiguous problems • Expertise in healthcare, clinical analytics, and procedural/surgical supply chain data • Fluency in physician preference items, value analysis, and provider procurement processes • Strong technical fluency, including understanding system and data model architecture • Proven roadmap ownership and data-driven prioritization • Ability to travel 25-50%
