📋 Description

• Own the Baldwin Group's Corporate Systems product spanning Marketing, Compliance & Legal, HR, and Finance • Execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's mission, Long Term Plan, and Growth Services transformation priorities • Implement data-driven decision making using enterprise metrics across four sub-streams • Translate the agendas of the CMO, General Counsel/Compliance, CHRO, and CFO into one prioritized, coherent roadmap • Interface with corporate function leaders and teams to gather requirements and feedback • Coach Product Owners or analysts assigned to individual sub-streams • Collaborate with platform teams to balance feature development and adoption goals • Lead validation of AI-enabled workflows through structured pilots • Evaluate AI-assisted capabilities for production deployment, including Tier classification and Agent Registry compliance • Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data • Conduct pilot programs before full rollout • Develop and maintain a unified FOUNDATION → NOW → NEXT product roadmap • Align internal roadmaps with SaaS roadmaps • Foster innovation and continuous improvement across historically siloed functions • Serve as connective tissue between executive stakeholders and shared platform teams • Coordinate Corporate Systems changes built on shared infrastructure • Provide regular updates on progress, trade-offs, product strategy, and roadmap sequencing • Define product and feature needs in Jira cards • Own and drive KPIs across Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal • Use stakeholder feedback and analytics to iterate and improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of proven experience in digital product management • Meaningful experience in enterprise/internal-facing systems, including HR tech, martech, legal tech, or FP&A/finance systems • Experience ideally within financial services, insurance, or a comparable regulated industry • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes • Ability to develop and communicate a product vision to multiple C-suite and General Counsel-level stakeholders • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, platform/infrastructure teams, and HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing leaders • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to analyze disparate function-specific metrics to inform unified product decisions • Experience in fast-paced, high-leverage teams using AI tooling such as vibe-coding and Claude Code • Demonstrated AI fluency, including designing or evaluating AI-assisted internal tooling with people, legal, or financial risk implications • Ability to define human-in-the-loop guardrails and communicate AI behavior and limitations to non-technical, risk-sensitive executive stakeholders • Preferred: Experience with shared-services or platform product management • Preferred: Familiarity with Workday, HubSpot, legal/contract review tooling, or FP&A and financial reporting platforms • Preferred: Experience with Jira • Preferred: Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in relevant analytics tools
