📋 Description

• Create product roadmaps based on usability studies, voice-of-customer competitive research, and internal collaboration with the development team • Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents and Market Requirement Documents • Develop business cases and own accountability for the financial plan for products and portfolio • Author detailed product requirements for Audinate’s engineering teams and OEM/ODM partners • Share product vision through demonstrations to stakeholders • Support sales and marketing in defining rollout strategies and marketing campaigns • Monitor product financial and quality metrics and use data to improve product performance and capabilities • Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and technology trends • Manage tradeshows and lead selling of product lines • Support the Installed Systems Development Team • Oversee the full life cycle of the “Whole Product” • Create an entirely new product area within Audinate’s AV platform • Conceptualize products and features and market them to customers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Product Management experience with a strong emphasis on whole product methodologies including Product Marketing aspects • Working “AV system design” knowledge specifically in video systems leveraging AV-over-IP technology in the installed AV industry • Experience with AV-over-IP video products, technologies and systems • Experience in agile development and high-throughput product development cycles • Experience managing OEM/ODM relationships is a plus • Demonstratable AV system design skills, certifications and knowledge in one or more of: Q-SYS, Crestron, Visionary Solutions, and similar AV-over-IP systems • AIPMM certification is desirable • Prior technical AV sales experience is desirable • Degree in Engineering or Business discipline is desirable • Submit a CV and cover letter
