📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient engagement products • Lead engineering, design, and go-to-market teams and align stakeholders around execution plans • Conduct customer and market discovery and translate pain points into product requirements • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify product opportunities • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to package, market, and launch new features • Implement product analytics and success metrics to measure feature impact and identify user friction • Ensure capabilities meet security, data privacy, and HIPAA requirements • Leverage AI tools internally and evaluate AI capabilities for integration into the core product • Maintain PRDs and documentation covering roadmap milestones, technical requirements, and trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience • Experience in fast-growing B2B or B2B2C startups • Proven experience building complex software • Track record of shipping workflow automation, conversational AI, messaging/CRM, or marketing engagement platforms • Ability to lead and align engineering, design, and business partners on complex 0-to-1 features • Fluency with product analytics platforms • Comfort using modern AI tooling for research, prototyping, and decision-making • Working knowledge of regulatory standards such as HIPAA for sensitive production data • Exceptional communication skills, domain curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action
