📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement • Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and quality of the analytics and reporting function • Partner with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable insights • Drive adoption of self-serve reporting tools and ensure stakeholders can make confident, data • Define and enforce data governance standards for metrics, dashboards, and reporting pipelines • Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization for the analytics team • Ensure compliance and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) across all reporting surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable quantitative field and relevant work experience in analytics or data engineering, with demonstrated leadership • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering and 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of analysts or engineers • Deep proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools (we use Looker and Metabase) • Experience with dbt, data warehouse design, and modern analytics engineering practices • Strong communication skills — you can translate data complexity into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders • A proactive approach to building systems and processes that scale • Experience in healthcare analytics or regulated data environments preferred • An excitement about learning healthcare and the pharmacy space from a unique vantage point.
