• Own the annual conference roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and planning participation in national and regional industry conferences. • Develop positioning, messaging, and activation plans for each event. • Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success. • Track conference-level KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline influenced). • Build and manage a strategic association portfolio. • Develop integrated media plans that support conference and association programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required. • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, or industry engagement with direct ownership of conference or event programs • Demonstrated experience managing association or partnership relationships within healthcare, life sciences, or specialty pharmacy • Working knowledge of omnichannel media planning including digital, programmatic, and HCP-targeted point-of-care media • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, vendors, and timelines • Excellent communicator and relationship builder comfortable representing Gifthealth in front of senior external stakeholders • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms
