📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and field service projects • Document requirements, set objectives, and achieve project milestones • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules • Manage cross-functional stakeholders through communication and project meetings • Assign and delegate responsibilities to field teams and oversee resource use and safety compliance • Maintain project documentation, progress reports, milestone tracking, and executive summaries • Evaluate maintenance processes and systems and implement cost-saving improvements • Generate leadership reporting and visibility for policy and regulatory compliance • Travel occasionally to field sites to inspect work, resolve issues, and verify specifications • Communicate with clients and property managers about maintenance schedules, service interruptions, and project timelines • Review financial data and prepare project budgets • Collaborate with HR and operations on technician training, performance evaluations, and resource allocation • Achieve KPIs for maintenance efficiency, service uptime, and customer satisfaction • Oversee telecommunications construction projects, including fiber optic and structured cabling installations • Coordinate permitting, utility locates, and right-of-way requirements • Monitor contractor performance and enforce quality assurance • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Field Services and Vice President of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, field service workflows, and customer experience principles • Ability to identify and resolve project-impacting issues quickly and effectively • Knowledge of technologies and materials used in telecommunications and field service environments • In-depth knowledge of telecommunication construction practices, including fiber installation, splicing, trenching, and aerial plant work • Familiarity with permitting processes, construction safety standards, and local/state regulations related to telecom infrastructure • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results in a dynamic environment • Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and cost-control practices • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and maintenance management systems • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
