📋 Description

• Independently Completes VDC Coordination and Reality Capture processes with little supervision • Supports the implementation of Baseline and Enterprise VDC standards • Understands and applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) Standards and Specifications (BS&S) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on projects • Responsible for the quality and execution of day-to-day VDC project deliverables and processes; relays project issues and staffing and equipment challenges to the VDC Manager as needed • Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentation • Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges • Combines all building discipline models into the coordination model • Participates in BU office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field • 3-4 years of VDC Coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong time-management and analytical skills • Strong knowledge and proficiency with BIM and design software • Knowledge of complex design concepts and integrated building components and systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while coaching and mentoring VDC engineers • Strong proficiency with reality capture hardware, software, and processes
