• responsible for leading the design and execution of oncology learning strategies across the US commercial organization • partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective capability-building plans • oversees the development of compliant, scalable, and impactful learning solutions • applies modern instructional design, performance measurement, and AI-enabled learning approaches • drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations, Legal, Regulatory, and Business Conduct
