📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of learning solutions for the US Liver business • Coach and develop a high-performing team to support US Commercial and CL+D priorities • Provide people leadership across coaching, performance management, talent development, and succession planning • Influence across functions to align learning priorities with business strategy • Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop integrated training plans • Align training strategy with the broader commercial learning plan • Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices • Leverage AI-enabled learning approaches and technologies • Define learning objectives and success measures for training programs • Manage agency and vendor relationships and budgets effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA degree in Science, Education, Business or Marketing or 10 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree in Science, Education, Business or Marketing • Leadership experience in commercial learning and development is strongly preferred • Required experience includes clinical and product training, compliance, selling skills, and strong project management in a commercial learning environment • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical field preferred • Prior sales leadership or field leadership experience is a plus • Experience in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional design is preferred • Computer aptitude with appropriate software programs Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, ZOOM, Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat is required • Experience using AI-enabled tools for learning strategy, instructional design, content development, or capability building is preferred.
