📋 Description

• Drive project execution and cross-functional coordination for global Tier 1 and Tier 2 congresses • Partner with the Congress Orchestrator to develop congress strategies and recommendations • Maintain event timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met • Oversee compliance reviews and VEM processes • Support and lead Core Congress Committees and Sub-Teams • Facilitate planning cadence for therapeutic area-specific meetings • Serve as primary point of contact for associations regarding timelines, sponsorships, and program details • Manage exhibit booth execution and onsite operations • Own and maintain asset trackers, congress master decks, and pre-/post-conference materials • Lead project management platforms and oversee budget management • Assist in developing congress communication plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of experience • 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing experience including prior congress leadership experience • Regional or global experience required; U.S. experience essential • Proven ability to independently lead high-visibility strategic projects • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience engaging senior and executive leadership • Strong strategic and analytical mindset • Demonstrated excellence in project management
