📋 Description
• Work closely with research team leaders to own recruiting for Researcher, Program Officer, Senior Researcher, and Senior Program Officer roles • Improve assessment process and candidate sourcing • Analyze data to enhance hiring decision-making • Conduct screening applications and interviews
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruiting, talent operations, research operations, or a generalist role at a mission-driven organization • Comfort with data — spreadsheets and basic quantitative analysis • Strong written communication • Experience working closely with executive-level leadership • Familiarity with global health, development economics, effective altruism, or adjacent fields is a plus but not required
